To support the sustainable operation of the journal, editorial processing, and professional digital infrastructure, we apply a transparent and affordable publication fee.

Publication Fee Details

The total publication fee for accepted manuscripts is IDR 100,000. This single fee covers all essential publishing and editorial services, allocated transparently as follows:

• Editorial & Administration Management: Covers initial screening, manuscript formatting checks, editorial workflow coordination, and online system maintenance.
• Peer Review Process: Supports our double-blind peer review mechanism, compensating administrative support for expert reviewers to ensure high academic rigor exceeding standard Scopus/WOS evaluation timelines.
• DOI Assignment & Registration: Secures a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) via Crossref for every published article to guarantee global citable permanence.
• Indexing & Metadata Distribution: Finances advanced metadata harvesting, XML generation, archiving policies, and automated dissemination to major global indexing databases.
• Open Access Hosting: Ensures permanent open access availability worldwide, allowing readers and researchers to download articles without subscription barriers.

Payment Procedure

Authors are requested not to make any payment during the initial submission stage. Payment should only be made after the manuscript has been officially declared "Accepted" by the editor following the peer-review process.

Payment details and instructions will be sent via email along with the Letter of Acceptance (LoA). Once payment is completed, authors must upload the transfer receipt through their OJS submission dashboard or confirm it via our contact email.
