Aims and Scope. Journal of Digital Platforms and Enterprise Systems provides a focused venue for research on enterprise architecture, platform ecosystems, systems integration, digital services, organizational information infrastructure. The journal prioritizes technically substantive, internationally relevant work in which the principal novelty lies inside the stated computing scope rather than only in the application domain.

Evidence and methodological expectations. Platform and socio-technical studies must articulate a computing or information-systems contribution, use transparent research design, compare alternatives or contexts where feasible, and provide evidence transferable across organizations, populations, or technical environments. Governance and ethics claims should be supported by traceable evidence.
Normally outside scope. Institution-specific administrative reports, adoption narratives without analytical contribution, opinion pieces without systematic evidence, and local application development without transferable system or socio-technical insight are normally outside scope.
Research integrity and reproducibility. Authors should disclose datasets, software, model or system configurations, experimental protocols, statistical procedures, ethical approvals where applicable, competing interests, funding, and any material use of generative AI. Data and code should be shared when legally and ethically possible, or the restriction must be explained.
